Weeks 1 – 4
0.25ml injection each week for the first 4 weeks, then dosage will need to be increased on week 5.
Weeks 5 – 8
0.50ml injection each week for 4 weeks, then dosage will need to be increased on week 9
Weeks 9 – 10
0.75ml injection each week for 2 weeks.
